If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may request a refund within 7 days of receiving your order, provided that:
- The shoes have not been used or worn
- They are in their original condition and packaging
- All accessories, tags, and protective materials are included
Once we receive and verify the returned item, your refund will be processed promptly.
